About us

Independent paediatric & young adult neurology care – out-patients, in-patients & remote. 
Clinics at The Portland, The Cromwell & Canary Wharf Hospitals (CQC-registered). 
• No emergency services – if unwell, contact GP or A&E.


Appointments

Book online, by phone, or in person. 
GP or specialist referral required before booking. 
Terms & Conditions must be accepted at least 48 hrs before appointment. 
Cancel with at least 48 hrs’ notice to avoid full charges. 
Remote appointments limited to 2 in a row before an in-person review (unless agreed).

Costs & Payments

Self-funding – Pay at least 48 hrs in advance. 
Memberships – Packages available on request. 
Insured patients – Provide authorisation code before first appointment. 
• You are liable for any unpaid insurer fees
Card details held securely; charged only after written notice if shortfall occurs.

Working with other providers

• We may coordinate tests/treatments with partner providers (admin fee may apply). 
• You can arrange your own services, but we cannot access external results. 
• You must send us any results promptly.


Cancellations & Refunds

Online/phone bookings have 14-day cooling-off period unless services start sooner. 
Refunds processed within 14 days where applicable. 
• We may deduct reasonable costs if cancellation occurs after work begins.

Complaints

Email paediatricneurology@drkinali.com or contact the hospital where you were treated. 
If unresolved, you may refer to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service.

Other key points

Services may change/suspend for legal or technical reasons. 
Liability limited to total fees paid for services received. 
Short follow-up queries may be answered by email; longer queries may require an appointment.
